Official RTA inspection and booking

On RTA's service page, use Start Now to open booking. Select your vehicle, inspection type, centre and available time; this link does not reserve a slot at Tasjeel Discovery Gardens. RTA requires appointments for registration, renewal and export-with-plates inspections, with exceptions explained in the current RTA inspection service (checked 2026-10-07). Check those rules before planning a walk-in.

Prepare for your inspection

  • Bring your vehicle registration card (Mulkiya) and Emirates ID.
  • Arrange valid insurance first if the visit is tied to registration renewal.
  • Confirm your vehicle category and transaction with Tasjeel, including specialist tests and service-counter hours.
  • Use the pre-test checklist for preparation; it cannot predict a test result.
  • Check the branch name and entrance in the map results before departure.
