Deira or Al Mamzar: choose the testing branch
AG Cars runs repair workshops as well as vehicle testing centres. For an RTA inspection, select the testing centre by name rather than the nearest AG Cars workshop.
- AG Cars Vehicle Testing Deira: RTA lists light vehicles and motorcycles.
- AG Cars Vehicle Testing Al Mamzar: RTA lists light vehicles, motorcycles and classical vehicles.
AG Cars also advertises a testing facility in Ras Al Khaimah. Dubai's RTA appointment process is not a UAE-wide booking system; use the Ras Al Khaimah centre guide if that is where you need the test.
Taking a truck or another heavy vehicle?
Check the exact centre first. AG Cars' testing page advertises heavy-vehicle lanes across its network, but RTA's category lists for Deira and Al Mamzar do not include heavy vehicles. Do not rely on the general service description as confirmation that either Dubai branch can test your truck.
Book the inspection, not a workshop visit
For a routine Dubai renewal test, use RTA's vehicle inspection booking service and select the AG Cars branch. Our online RTA appointment guide explains the booking steps and exceptions.
AG Cars publishes 600 540045 as its shared enquiry number. Its website also has an appointment request form with a callback message. A submitted request is not the same as receiving a confirmed inspection slot; check the service, branch and confirmation details.
Published Deira and Al Mamzar hours
AG Cars gives both Dubai testing centres the same timetable: Monday to Thursday and Saturday, 7:00 am to 10:30 pm; Friday, 7:00 am to noon and 3:00 pm to 10:30 pm; Sunday closed. Recheck the chosen branch before travelling, especially around public holidays.
Passing the test is not registration renewal
AG Cars describes in-house RTA services at its Dubai testing facilities. A pass records the inspection result; you still need to complete the renewal transaction and meet its requirements. See Dubai registration renewal for the insurance, payment and renewal steps, or car passing in the UAE for the terminology.
Questions before an AG Cars visit
Can I use any AG Cars garage for RTA passing?
No. Choose an AG Cars vehicle testing centre listed by RTA. A workshop appointment for repairs or maintenance does not establish an inspection booking.
Which Dubai AG Cars centre lists classical vehicle tests?
RTA lists classical vehicles at Al Mamzar, not Deira. Select the appropriate inspection type when booking.
Is AG Cars' quoted test time my total visit time?
No. Leave time for arrival, the queue and any registration transaction. A quoted inspection duration does not include every part of the visit.
