NTT Vehicle Testing in Dibba, Fujairah

Use the Dibba location, not a Fujairah city-centre search

National Technical Testing publishes its address as Dibba-Masafi Road, near Dibba Mall, in Fujairah emirate. A search for NTT Fujairah should not lead you to assume the centre is in central Fujairah city.

Open the NTT centre listing for the location details, and compare the address with NTT's own contact page before setting off. For another part of the emirate, check the Fujairah testing-centre guide rather than assuming NTT has a branch nearby.

Published opening hours

• Saturday to Thursday: 07:00-20:00.
• Friday: 07:00-12:00.

These are the hours displayed on NTT's testing-services page when checked on 19 October 2026. Confirm holiday changes and the last vehicle admission before travelling. Friday's published session ends at noon; do not plan an afternoon visit on the strength of an older listing.

Cars, motorcycles and buses are not the same booking

NTT describes light-vehicle testing, a dedicated motorcycle lane and bus testing under Fujairah Police Traffic Department requirements. Tell the centre the vehicle category and the reason for the test so it can confirm the right service.

For machinery and specialist equipment, the operator advertises mobile, on-site inspection. That is a separate arrangement, not evidence that every heavy vehicle can arrive at the Dibba centre without notice. Ask where the inspection will take place and what needs to be prepared before moving equipment.

Registration services use the MOI system

NTT's police registration service page describes MOI registration and ownership-transfer applications, plate services and export or verification assistance. These are administrative services as well as testing; a pass result alone does not complete your application.

Arrange the visit with NTT, not RTA Dubai

Use NTT's contact details to confirm appointment or arrival arrangements for the Dibba site. Dubai's RTA booking rules are not an NTT booking policy. If your vehicle is registered in another emirate, check acceptance with your registration authority before paying for the inspection.

Keep your registration details and Emirates ID available when asking about the required documents. Give the vehicle category and application type, especially for a bus, company vehicle or mobile inspection. No live appointment availability is shown on this guide.
