Two testing centres, both at malls
Al Mumayaz lists two Dubai testing branches: Al Barsha Mall and Aswaaq Mall in Al Mizhar. Its Deira corporate office is a separate address, not a third testing branch.
Al Barsha Mall
The operator places its Al Barsha testing branch on the first floor of Al Barsha Mall, beside Al Barsha Pond Park on 23rd Street, Al Barsha 2. Its branch enquiry number is 04 325 5510.
Aswaaq Al Mizhar
The Al Mizhar testing branch is listed at the ground-floor parking area of Aswaaq Mall, 107 Khartoum Street. The operator gives 04 284 0303 for this branch.
Use the testing-centre directions on the branch page, not just the mall's main entrance.
Check the test you need
RTA lists light-vehicle and motorcycle tests at both Al Mumayaz branches. It does not list heavy-vehicle testing at either one.
Al Mumayaz's branch pages separately list renewal, registration, transfer and export-related tests. The Al Barsha page also advertises comprehensive and paint tests. Ask for the specific service you need: a condition or paint assessment is not a substitute for the technical inspection required for a registration transaction.

Book the correct mall branch
Use RTA's inspection service for your appointment. Check that the confirmation names Al Mumayaz at Al Barsha or Aswaaq Al Mizhar, not another operator in a nearby area. See the Dubai inspection booking guide for the steps and booking exceptions.
The operator's individual branch pages publish working hours and direct enquiry numbers. Check those pages before an early or Friday visit; the general contact page contains conflicting Friday times and a separate Ramadan timetable.
Allow for the registration counter as well as the test
Al Mumayaz describes a testing-area reception followed by a result counter, with a separate customer-service stage for registration work. Plate collection and fitting appear later in its customer journey when needed. You will not need every stage for a test-only visit.
Tell reception if you need renewal or ownership work after the inspection. Have the vehicle and owner details ready, and check the documents for your transaction in the Dubai renewal guide or vehicle inspection guide.
Al Mumayaz visit questions
Is the Warba Center office a testing centre?
Al Mumayaz labels Warba Center in Deira as its corporate office. Its testing branches are Al Barsha Mall and Aswaaq Al Mizhar.
Does the mall's opening time tell me when testing starts?
No. Check the vehicle testing branch's own timetable and your appointment confirmation, rather than the mall's shopping hours.
Will I need new plates after passing?
Not for every visit. Plate work depends on the registration transaction; passing a renewal inspection alone does not mean you must replace the plates.
